OUR STORE POLICIES
RETURNS | Nine Streets is happy to accept returns on regularly priced items that meet the following requirements:
1. The return is initiated by the customer within 3 days of delivery date. 2. The item(s) is new, unworn, unwashed, and in the original packaging with tags attached. 3. The item is mailed back to us within 3 days of receiving return authorization.
EXCHANGES | Nine Streets is happy to process exchanges on regularly priced items that meet the following requirements:
1. The exchange is initiated by the customer within 3 days of delivery date. 2. The item(s) is new, unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging with tags attached. 3. Available inventory can be confirmed.
No returns will be accepted if you fail to notify us within the 3 day period or fail to ship the product back to us within 3 days of hearing back from us. If you would like to return a defective product, you must notify us no later than 3 days after delivery.
FINAL SALES | All sale merchandise and purchases made using a discount code are final sale. All international orders are final sale. Please consider these policies when shopping on our site, and email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with any questions before making a purchase.
PREORDERS | Preorder quantities are never guaranteed by the manufacturer. Once our inventory arrives, preorders are fulfilled on a first-ordered, first-served basis. If there are manufacturer shortages and we do not receive every item that we ordered, affected customers will be notified and refunded immediately. Preorder shipping dates are estimated until our inventory arrives, after which every order is shipped on a first-ordered, first-shipped basis. All of our standard return/exchange policies apply, without exception.
COSTS | Shipping costs are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for paying the shipping costs when returning an item. When we issue a refund, we will return funds to your original form of payment for the purchase price of the merchandise minus shipping costs. We do not refund original or return shipping costs. If you received free shipping on your order but return said order, the shipping fee will be deducted from your refund. (If the return is due to defect or damage, Nine Streets will cover all shipping.) We recommend that you send the package back with tracking and insure the full value, as we can't be responsible for missing packages. Once approved, please return your purchase to:

SHIPPING | Orders placed Monday–Friday will usually ship within 2–4 business days. You are responsible for providing us with the correct shipping address—please note that once placed, order information cannot always be changed. Nine Streets is not responsible for loss or damage incurred by the carrier. Shipping costs for each item are shown before your purchase is made. We generally ship using USPS Priority. If an order needs to be rushed or you have a special request, please don't hesitate to email us at email@example.com.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS | We will no longer ship orders internationally without Priority or Priority Express tracking—the tracked services available vary by country. The shipping rate shown—$75—is a flat rate, which we will use to cover the cost of USPS tracked International shipping. As always, any overage paid will be refunded.
